Finding the Equation Given Vertex
1. Create the equation by inputting the vertex.
2. Plug in the point given.
3. Use BEDMAS to solve for the "a" value.
4. Input the "a" value in the original equation with only the vertex plugged in to it.
Example:
The vertex of a parabola is (-2,8). One of the x-intercept's is (2,0). What is the equation of the parabola?
