Steps
1. Determine the vertex based on the "h'' and "k" values.
2. Plot the vertex on the graph.
3. Identify the step pattern depending on if there is an "a" value or not and what the "a" value is.
4. Plot the rest of the points using the step pattern.
5. Connect the points of the parabola.
6. Label 3-5 points on the graph.
